TO 7 Warrants 2027

In the rights offering of units that took place in May/June 2026, Series TO 7 warrants were issued in addition to shares.

Trading in these warrants is ongoing on Nasdaq First North until mid-May 2027, so it is possible to buy and sell warrants until then.

Each warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one new share during the period May 10–24, 2027. The exercise price will correspond to 70 percent of the average share price from April 20 to May 4, 2027. However, the exercise price cannot be lower than SEK 0.17  or higher than SEK 0.25 per share.

If the warrants are fully exercised, Dicot Pharma could raise a maximum of SEK 79 million before issue costs. These proceeds are intended to finance preparations for phase 3 as well as the development and evaluation of other indications.
