Dicot has a global IP strategy with a long term perspective.
In addition to existing protection from two already granted patent families, Dicot has applied for protection of seven new patent families. Dicot also intends to seek further patent protection in the future, based on ongoing active IP work. With the granted patents, Dicot currently holds market-exclusive protection in key markets until 2033. The new patent families, once granted, could provide protection until as late as 2045.
